Friends,
It is with great sadness that I ask you to keep Rebecca at The Road Less Traveled in your thoughts and prayers. At 22 weeks and 6 days Rebecca and her husband gave birth and said goodbye to their beautiful daughter Lillian Grace.
Lord God, ever caring and gentle, we commit to Your love this little one, quickened to life for so short a time. Enfold him/her in eternal life. We pray for his/her parents who are saddened by the loss of their child. Give them courage and help them in their pain and grief. May they all meet one day in the joy and peace of Your kingdom. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
I hate that this has to happen to anyone else. My heart is heavy........................I'm thinking of them. *tears*

ReplyDeleteWhat proof that we're all stronger than we think. Rebecca's strength is awe inspiring. I can't imagine anything worse.
I hear ya. It is a true tragedy. All we can do is pray for her.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the kindness, thoughts, & prayers you have sent us in the past week...they mean more than you can possibly know. We have felt surrounded by the love & prayers of so many and know that they have sustained us through our grief.
