I am a mom to amazing twin girls, a wife, and I work full time. I battled infertility for 2 years and over the course of treatments, a twin pregnancy, and raising twins I managed to gain about 80 lbs. I’ve lost about 50 lbs so far and would like to lose another 50 in my quest to become a hot mama.

  2. emily - i am LOVING the color of your walls in the nursery. SUCH an original color (what is it please!!??) and just awesome. btw, did you guys opt not to find out the sex of your babies??

  3. Anne-You'll get there!!!! Sooner than you think too.

Sienna-I actually have no idea what the color is. It was the color that the room was when we moved in so it's whatever the builder used. As for the sexes...yes, we opted not to find out. How many times in your life are you truly surprised?

  4. I love the nursery and you really lucked into good wall colors! I felt like our nursery got really tiny too after we put furniture in it. And we'll still have more crap to add once the little one arrives! Glad it's coming together for you and I think you are SO brave to keep the genders a surprise for twins.

  6. Awww... I LOVE it!!!! I especially love the piggy banks!! I just recently bought one of those for my baby so she can grow up and learn about "saving money" (words from my husband who's in finance...lol). I think they're so cute!!! :)

  8. WE had the same exact feeling about our nursery! We put all the furniture in, and it is so cramped in there...I can't imagine having to have TWO cribs! Everything looks so cute, I love the wall color!

  14. Hey Emily- I have your same carseats on my list of ones I'm considering. Can you let me know what you like/dislike about it since you actually have them and have had a chance to play with them. Thanks!

  15. Aww such a cute room!!! Love the rocking chair you got, it looks so comfy! The two cribs look a lot alike but they both have their own personalities which I think is great! All you need now is to bring your babies home when it's the right time and it will be perfect!!
